Synopsis

Pine Valley Community Village is a publicly directed, cost-effective skilled healthcare, rehabilitation, and assisted living facility.  We are looking for individuals who are innovative and highly motivated to carry out the mission at Pine Valley Community Village.   As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in the greatest challenges facing our nation.  Our flexible, collaborative, and energizing work environment allows for creative teamwork at every step of the problem-solving process.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant by the State Nursing Assistant Registry Board
• Ability to classify, compute, and tabulate data and information, following a prescribed plan requiring the exercise of some judgement. Ability to compare, count, differentiate, measure, and sort information. Ability to assemble, copy, record, and transcribe data and information
• Ability to advise and provide interpretation to others on how to apply policies, procedures, and standards to specific situations
• Ability to utilize a wide variety of descriptive data and information such as regulations, flow sheets, lists, schedules, procedure manuals. resident records, correspondence, and general operating manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, visitors, residents’ families and volunteers
