Synopsis
As the Maintenance Supervisor at Symons Recreation Complex, you will play a pivotal role in performing maintenance and service of the Symons Recreation Complex for Richland County and the City of Richland Center. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, performing, supervising, and monitoring Symons Complex building heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical drawings, pool maintenance, and grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will maintain detailed maintenance records while scheduling weekly, monthly, and yearly service tasks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and working knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical and mechanical systems, or equivalent education/training/experience to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to obtain Pool Operator certification within one year of hire.
