Synopsis

The role of the Children & Youth Lead Social Worker is to assist the unit manager in providing guidance to the staff of the unit and the work they conduct. Guidance is provided to staff while utilizing state statutes and standards to ensure that the families and children of Richland County are being served to the highest standard.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, Human Services, or relevant field
  • Three years relevant experience
  • Valid WI Driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation
